One bedroom cottages are located on
a bluff overlooking the beach. They are approximately 150
yards from the beach.
There is a boardwalk located between cottages #5 & #6,
with a rinse off shower that provides direct access to the
beach.
There are 14 two-bedroom cottages. Cottage #13 to #18 are
located on the bluff over looking the bay and are located
behind the one bedroom cottages. They are approximately
170 yards from the beach. The boardwalk located between
cottages #5 & #6 provides direct access to the beach.
Cottages #19 to #26 are located directly behind the RV
Park and sit approximately 100 yards off the beach. They
overlook the bay and the Gulf of Mexico. There is direct
access to the beach from these cottages.
Two bedroom cottages have 2 queen-sized beds and 2 sleeper
sofas, to sleep up to 7. The one bedroom cottages have 2
full-sized beds and a sleeper sofa, to sleep up to 6.
Reservations are taken 3 months
in advance for active duty military
and retired military. DOD
may reserve 2 months in advance.
Sorry, no pets are allowed
in any cottage units.

OAK GROVE PARK BEACH COTTAGES

Cottages are fully furnished, including cable
TV.
Full kitchens feature refrigerator, stove, microwave,
coffee pot, toaster, pots and pans, dishes and
silverware. Each cottage has a full bath. Bed linens
and towels are furnished. In lieu of maid service,
linens can be exchanged daily. There is a 2-day
minimum and 2-week maximum stay during peak
season (March 1- Nov 30). In the off season the
rental rates are reduced to $85 and $100 and the
maximum stay is 30 days. A 2-day nonrefundable
deposit is required within 10 days of booking a
cottage. No walk-in reservations prior to 9 a.m.
