The School Liaison Officer (SLO) serves as the central point of contact between NAS Pensacola and the local school systems. She specializes in serving military connected students and parents, offering a wide range of services to meet their needs.

       What Can The School Liaison
              Officer Do For You?


* Empower parents with information and
   give them a choice in their child's
   educational future, making them
   their child's best advocate.
* Assist parents in making their child's
   educational transition into and out of
   this area a smooth one.
* Communicate with teachers, principals
   and other school personnel.
* Make recommendations for referrals to
   appropriate DOE, military or civilian
   agencies.
